lib32itm1 software package provides GNU Transactional Memory Library (32bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32itm1
lib32itm1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32itm1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32itm1 *
You will get with lib32itm1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
